Redevelopment Concept Renderings
The following renderings are created by on-island architect, Mauricio Lanari, Principal of ML Architecture-Saint Martin. They illustrate a development concept for a luxury resort with branded residences for sale. The design is a full property buildout. The maximum allowed internal area is 284,629 sq. ft. (26,442 m²), in full compliance with the PPRN 2021 Zoning Map, and Saint Martin’s building regulations without any variance.
